A Constitution for the Forum was adopted at the 2005 AGM (Word 342kb)
The AT Forum received 3 years funding from the Department of Health in April 2003. The funding supported the secretariat work by FAST and covered the costs of pursuing the Forum's work programme. Much additional work has been voluntarily contributed by the Forum's members and Executive Committee. The Executive Committee provides strategic direction for the AT Forum and oversees the work of FAST undertaken on behalf of the Forum.
Funding finished in April 2006 and further funding is being sought. Until funding is secured, consultation with the Executive Committee and AT Forum members is being carried out by FAST online.
