Title:	Certificated Community Equipment Dispenser Programme
Level:	Foundation course
Description:	A certificated ‘foundation’ course designed for staff involved in dispensing Local Authority community equipment and who have no prior knowledge of these products. It is an introductory course for staff, covering the ‘ins and outs’ of relevant products and the implications of taking on this new role in dispensing them. The course is aimed at retail and pharmacy staff who are involved in dispensing LA prescriptions for Simple Aids for Daily Living (SADLs) and dealing with customers’ up-grades.
