Are you competent to carry out manual handling risk assessments?
There is a legal requirement that those completing moving and
handling risk assessments are competent to do so. This three day
course will look at the theory and practice of manual handling
risk assessment, with the aim of enabling delegates to carry out
ergonomic manual handling risk assessments of people handling
activities in their workplace.

Successful completion of the three day course and associated class
and work based written activities will result in delegates being
awarded two units accredited by the Open College Network at Level 3.
