Description:	This course is aimed at anyone who is already employed as, or wishes to become, a Rehabilitation/ Technical Officer, working in the field of environmental equipment for Deaf and Hearing Impaired people. The course is made up of units which explore the issues around a range of subjects, including: Hearing Loss and Deafness Communication Methods Good Management and Practice Technology Audiological Rehabilitation The Ageing Process Counselling skills This course gives students an opportunity to gain the CACDP Deaf Awareness Certificate.
